Can I leave the bike anywhere? No, we work closely with cities to keep the streets clean and accessible to everyone. Please return your Donkeys to designated drop-off locations when you are done for the day.

What if I encounter issues? Our support team is always ready to assist and understands that life happens.

HOW PRICING WORKS 💰

Just Ride (Pay as you go) No commitments. Just Ride is perfect for trips lasting 15 minutes to a few hours. You can also add funds to your Donkey Wallet and receive bonus credits for future rides.

Day Deals In certain cities, we offer day deals that are ideal when you only need a bike for 1, 2, 3, or up to 7 days. Whether you're visiting for a weekend or seeking a local experience while on vacation, this solution is perfect for you or any visiting guests.

Monthly Memberships With a Donkey membership, you pay a fixed monthly fee and receive a specific amount of free daily riding time. If you exceed the included daily free time, your rental is extended at a low fixed cost. This option is ideal for daily commuting and a busy city life with multiple errands. Valid in all Donkey cities.
